People important in Reyna's life continually assisted me substantially in various ways and never ceased to help throughout this project and in our never-ending grief.

Reyna's best friend and my constant supporter, Jacqueline Archer, rendered all the graphics onto the required format and specifications. Jackie completed Reyna's most ardent wish. She created a very elegant photograph of the Gerard Family by amalgamating Reyna's photo with an "ancient" photograph of Reyna's adoptive parents. Jackie, also, took Reyna's photos the summer before Reyna died. Jackie's creation will be reproduced in the updated edition of this site.

My sister, Becky, her husband, Mar Arcega, and their daughter Aileen consistently assisted on this project, and created this unique web site. Their generosity and technical skills will always be treasured.

Kate Barry, in her time of grief, wrote a poem for Reyna. The poem is reproduced here to express the great loss that affected everyone at their school. Vernon Gerard, my husband and Reyna's loving Dad, gave constant attention and support to make this webpage worth your while.
